Food is always on point, but the service is always on the slower end of the spectrum. Plus, one of the associates makes each visit uncomfortable. Very loud and obnoxious. If you don't mind waiting a bit for your meal, you're in for classically prepared favorites from Panera Bread.

We were there this weekend. The food is always great! My daughter had the kids Mac n cheese and it is by far one of the best in town! Reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the manager. They were pretty busy and understaffed for the night. He was the one taking orders. His attitude was out of line! He snapped at my husband twice while ordering. When our food was ready they had it as a to go order instead of inside. Not a big deal but they forgot the kids meal so my husband went back for it and the manager snapped at him again! My husband asked why he was in such a poor mood and his response was that a lot of people called in "sick" IMO you shouldn't be rude to customers no matter what.

Absolutely the slowest service ever! I've been here three times and all three times it's taken over twenty minutes to get a take out order. I'm sitting here as I write this waiting for a sandwich. It's now been 32 minutes....I had to wait inline behind two Panera employees as the cashier took 15 minutes to take their order and goof off. Avoid this place if you actually have a life and need to be somewhere.

I'm sitting here right now with my son...rude service, had to search for a clean seat, the back kitchen is a disaster, baked goods looked horrible or what was left. My business is lost. I feel bad for taking my son here. Trash on the floor??? Really??? And only one star because you have to atleast leave one.

I ordered the half salad with chicken and tortellini pasta. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Favorite Panera's in the area. It's tucked away. Nice atmosphere, great food and friendly staff. Table in rear for our study group.

Absolutely the worst service in the metro. I always get stuck behind someone who never has been there and wants to order a dozen or more bagels. It takes forever to get through the line to get your coffee and pastry. I have suggested to them many times that they have a separate line for large orders of bagels. They say people should call ahead! Yeah, right! Very few order ahead so you are stuck in line behind some novice who takes forever to order. Stay away if possible. Even though they have multiple cash registers, no one attends them and so you end up waiting in line forever. Management is totally ineffective.

First and foremost: their mac and cheese is the best, and I mean ZA BEST. While this location does have a strange parking lot, the restaurant itself is pretty great...it is very "nook-y"...meaning there are lots of little groups of tables and it has a cozy feeling. Some Panera's just have this huge, wide open dining area, and you more or less feel like you are in a fancy cafeteria. This place gets top marks for coziness :) I think I've cracked the code for why this particular Panera never seems over-crowded...a Palmer's Deli is right down the road, and you can't beat their boxed lunch menu option! All of their sandwiches and soups are really good. Salads are yummy but I think you get ripped off for the price and portion. Their apples suck. Don't even try ordering an apple as your side. You will be presented with a teeny little green round thing that you'll probably mistake for a tennis ball. The self-serve coffee isn't that great. It's waaaaay too weak I feel. Their bagels are amazing, but their pastries are only okay. They are made with frozen stuff and you can pretty much tell that. Especially if you've ever had a made from scratch pastry or scone. You'll be pretty sad with their overly frosted (and expensive) choices. Their smoothies are DELICIOUS. Smoothies (peach or strawberry especially!), the everything bagel, bread bowl with broccoli cheddar soup, Sierra turkey sandwich, and their mac and cheese are my #1 choices. I feel like Panera's model for order and pick-up is very disorganized and confuses a lot of people. I think it would be to their favor if they brought you your food and then cleared the table instead of having customers up and doing all of this. Sometimes I feel like they offer too many choices for the type of restaurant this is...the lines can get long and I think that is mostly due to the number of indecisive folks, and the number of options you have for your meal. Overall, Panera is very consistent with their food, and I appreciate that. I like knowing what I'm getting. There is something for everyone here and the staff is generally pleasant and helpful.

This place is a great Panera. It never seems too busy, I give it 3.5 because of the location. It is in kind of a strange place and the parking lot is not as easy to navigate as it should be. It is really convenient to one of my customers....
